Snakedoku is a free puzzle game with no accounts, no sign-up and no ads. This page explains the little data the game does touch, in plain words.

What stays on your device

Your level progress, collected apples and settings are saved in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device, and clearing your browser data for snakedoku.com removes them completely (it also resets your progress).

Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how the game is played, so we can fix levels that are too hard and make the game better. What this involves:

• A random anonymous identifier stored in your browser. It is not your name, email or anything that identifies you personally, we never ask for those.
• Gameplay events, such as a level being started, completed or abandoned, and hints being used.
• Standard technical data sent by every browser, such as browser type, device type and approximate country.

Analytics data is processed by PostHog in the United States. We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it for anything beyond improving the game.

Your choices

Clearing your browser data for snakedoku.com removes both your saved progress and the anonymous analytics identifier. If you want analytics data connected to your device deleted on our side, email us and we will take care of it.
